If You Are Interested In Buying Ironman Gravity 4000

What is the Ironman Gravity 4000?
The Ironman Gravity 4000 is the last inversion table from Ironman: it comes after Gravity 1000 and Gravity 2000 and presents a higher degree of comfort and effectiveness.
This table leans on a tubular steel frame with a scratch-resistant powder-coated finish, and a memory-foam-vinyl-covered backrest with a removable lumbar pillow.
The inversion system is very easy to use. After you rest your body against the table and put your feet into the ankle cushion, you should move your arms over your head and your body begins to invert up the desired inclination.
Certainly the presence of tough rubber non-skid floor stabilizers, which keep the table stable while you invert, and the extra-long safety handles, which provide an easy return to an upright position should be appreciated by every user.
The facility of use of this table allows the user to remain concentrated only on  the therapy session and therefore to get the maximum effectiveness.
Other details include a height-adjustable frame up to 6 feet 6 inches; support for up to 350 pounds; vinyl safety side covers to protect hands and fingers; three starting inversion angles; and a patented, palm-activated adjusting ratchet ankle locking system.

The Good and the Bad
Hereafter there is a list of Pros and Cons I found for Ironman Gravity 4000:
Pros
  • Easy to install. Assembly is required but the instructions are easy to follow and all the screws as well as tools are included and accounted for. Everything can go together easily and a complete assembly can take about 30 - 45 minutes.
  • Easy to use. Leg locks are comfortable and can be considered a selling point over the other types of leg holders on different inversion tables. You shouldn't feel to fall at all, and the table itself is very heavy and sturdy.
  • It will totally invert and suspend you completely upside down. Ease into your first few inversions because you are stretching areas that you may not be use to and you could be slightly sore at first.
  • This table is extremely well constructed and designed. After you bought it, you can expect to use this table the rest of your life.
  • The Ironman Gravity 4000 is very heavy and stable.
  • The price is good compared to other tables. In particular, some other brands have a different leg holder and you can find some problems to your legs the way that this one does right away.
Cons
  • It's heavy. You should need someone to help you to drag it or to pick it up.
  • It's big when folded up. Once assembled, the table isn't something you could use and fold up for storage once or twice a day. Make sure you have room for it
  • Inversion is not completely smooth

Summary
After the analysis of Pros and Cons of this table, my conclusion is:

Ironman Gravity 4000 seems to be a very good inversion table with a good degree of comfort and effectiveness.

Comparing its price with the price of other tables available in the market, if you are interested in buying an inversion table, the Ironman  Gravity 4000 seems like the logical choice.
